I really struggled on my second run but I did it again! Yesterday lunch time. Maybe it was the time of day. I think I’m better first thing in the morning. And I did the stretches this time! Not so stiff.

Great work persevering! The stretches do make such a difference - I skipped them yesterday as I had some work to do and definitely started feeling it later. I am already learning that every run is different, sometimes because of something fixable (less hydration or insufficient rest) but sometimes it's just one of those things.

I find the earlier the better and stretching definitely helps too.
