Tempted to look to do 10k eventually, however, the 30 minutes runs fit in well around my weekly schedule. Slightly concerned that I simply dont have the time for 10k
That’s sounds like a plan. Looked at bridge to 10K and first couple of weeks don’t look too bad. I may do two 30 mins and a 5k run a week for a few weeks and see how I get on.
The idea of consolidation is to become completely comfortable with either thirty minutes or 5k, whichever you achieved during the plan, before moving on to increase duration.
