W1R3 Yay! Found it quite different to run in the wind, kept taking my breath away! Had to adapt my breathing. Had s feeling of unstableness when running down hill. Had my left knee anterior cruciate ligament taken out some years ago and had been spinning and using my hybrid bike to keep my muscles strong for my knees up to press, so was a little surprised by having this feeling of unstableness. Any tips anyone? Looking forward to Week 2 now! πββοΈπ

Well done.
When running downhill you can exert stresses equivalent to up to 7 times your body weight, so slow down, keep footfall under your body and take care.
Knee exercises as linked to in the guide to the plan will be beneficial for all runners.

Well done! youβll run in all kind of conditions and each is different and slowing down tends to be the answer to any that are challenging . Iβve no advice on the one thing but IT has covered that for you anyway.
Good luck with Week two youβre doing great
