Well, after taking on board the replies to my last post re pacing myself, today I managed to complete all runs to the point of having to resist the urge to carry on running after the final 3 minutes. After struggling so much in week one I would never have dreamt I would be able to run for a full 3 minutes and then feel like I could carry on.

To anyone who’s just starting out and are having any doubts or struggling, take on board any advice given, pace yourself, and stick to the plan.
