Can’t believe it

Just completed Week9 run1. Would never have believed this was possible from a complete non runner. If you are thinking of doing this programme, please do. It really does work. Two more runs to graduation then who knows? 😀

Well done I’m on week 7 when I finish week 9 I’m gonna run 3 times a week for 30 mins for a few weeks and build up my speed and pace in my running

That’s a good idea Clarebear, I am considering a park run next week 😬

Wow well done. You're doing really well. I've not managed 3 runs each week also still at 7/3, you've shot ahead! Isn't it amazing how we build up he stamina in such a short time?!

I still can’t believe it. Remembering back to that first run when I felt like I was going to die! Can’t say I totally love it , but certainly don’t hate it. Good luck with your runs. 😁

Well Done You! 8.2 tomorrow for me. By now you are perhaps on 9.3. Congratulations!

Has your “who knows” come to any good ideas yet? My Slow Jogging doesn’t get any where near 5 km in the time yet. Perhaps I should continue runs on alternate days and improve my distance a little? Don ‘t think Bridge to 10k is designed to do that.

It’s been an amazing journey hasn’t it? Weeks 1&2 were so difficult. Now look at us. 30 minutes non stop.

Well Done!

It has been an amazing journey. Actually graduated this morning so still feeling pretty chuffed. Going to do my first park run on Saturday, I am only doing about 4K in 30 minutes so will have to put that little extra in. Hopefully it won’t rain. Good luck with your last week. 😀
