1st Consolidation run ( still keep saying I DID IT😂)

Well 1st one this morning, had to take Jo with me still this morning ,didn’t feel right leaving her at home in bed at 5am if I’m up 😂😂Read on FB C25K post that she commented on someone’s Twitter feed so she doesn’t give up on us either 😊

Run went well 🙏it’s not a fluke 🤪got a little further and pace improved but think that’s having daughter ahead in distance ( wish I was 30 years younger 🤪)

Well my running shoes are been packed and going on holiday 🎉🎉🎉bit apprehensive about running somewhere else as always run same run along my nice flat beach 😬😬😬😬 🐌🐌🐌🐌Happy Running everyone 🤩🤩🤩

Well done! Hopefully given a fair wind and decent weather I’ll be finishing on Sunday, then I’ll be joining you (in spirit anyway) on the consolidation runs. I had Jo with me too, she gets about a bit doesn’t she... 😀
