Woohoo! 🥳 nailed it! Slow and steady (maybe too slow) but speed will come I’m sure. Course certainly prepares you it wasn’t too bad at all 👍

Well done ... the 20 mins is certainly a step up and does give such a sense of achievement... you should feel very proud ... think back to W1R1!

There’s a lot of posts about W6 and can be tricky with breaks between the runs again after your 20 min sold run ... so might be worth reading that before next week.

Well done again ... enjoy that high !

Thanks you’re not the only one to mention that and I was surprised when I peaked ahead at next weeks run. Slow and steady 👍

No such thing as too slow (unless of course you're not moving at all...!). Yeah, Week 6 is a tricky one, wish I'd discovered this forum a couple of weeks earlier tbh! Worth having a browse through some of the posts before starting that one.

No such thing as too slow. It's just about keeping going - if you're not actually walking, you're good! Well done.

Slow and steady is the mantra slogan here on C25K, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

Fabulous well done! I think it’s at this point you learn to trust in the process entirely. This program does exactly what it says on the tin.... have faith in yourself and the app

Congratulations for nailing it!
