So happy to have completed this, I was a little nervous and when MJ said you've done 5 minutes, I wanted to cry but the last 15 minutes didn't seem too bad, it wasn't easy but I've done it. Very slow but steady 👊🏃‍♀️

Well done! I have run 2 tomorrow for week 5 and have a sense of determination at the moment. Let’s see how I feel two minutes before I start tomorrow! 🤞🏼

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
