Going to do my final run of the program today! I had never run before this but started it with my 15 year old son to complete a section of his Duke of Edinburgh award while his gymnastics club was closed in lockdown. I have to say (though there have been some lows) it’s been brilliant. I’ve discovered bits of my village I’d never seen before, spent time with my son (though he is gone out of sight after the 5 min walk...but we debrief once I have made it back 😂) On my last run I made it to 5k for the first time...so hoping to repeat that today.
