W1 r3 slowed the pace today and didn't feel nauseated thanks to those comments on my post 2 days ago but my legs felt so heavy! Wk2 r1 on Friday!

Well done you! I sometimes feel

As if a huge hand is pressing down on my head and my legs are of lead lol x this tends to get better when I’m further into the run tho x

As we are always being reminded on here, heavy legs can be a sign of dehydration! 💡Also, every run you’re building up your stamina so that should improve over time. 😊 You’re doing really well though! Week 1 done, week 2 here you come! 👏🏻😄🏃‍♀️

Slow and steady and relax. Try to make sure those legs are getting a few exercises in on some of your rest days:)

Healthy eating and great hydration every day will help too:)

Land lightly if you can... kissing the ground with your feet, I call it... and if it feels like a struggle then slow down even more:)

Very well done you!

Thank you, I have started slimming world this week to try and improve my diet so I will work on increasing my water intake. Thanks for the tips 🙂

Congratulations on completing week 1.

I did it twice as I found it so hard so please don’t despair . I’m on week 9 now!

I found my aches got better over the first 3/4 weeks but can still have heavy legs now for the first 5 mins .

You should be really proud. Keep going 🏃‍♀️🎉🏃‍♀️
