Wow i have lost 10lbs in weight since starting the c25k 4weeks ago. I have kept it up and reduced my calorie intake. Most of all i have enjoyed every minute of it. Its great how powerful the mind can be. How it can push you more and more even when you get tired. Loving it. :)☺☺
