Started for the first time yesterday on couch to 5k. Haven't run for 13 years since I had my daughter. Just been out for supplies eg plasters!

Hello from a fellow noob I think pace is probably going to be a big problem and probably accounts for a lot of injury and or burn out. I'm making a conscious effort to slow down

Okay I think. Legs were quite achy but I've got quite a few colleagues who have completed couch to 5k so feeling positive 😊
