Wow just ran for another 30mins

It was a toughie my legs felt so heavy and tired from 5mins in but I wasn’t going to give up, not now. I think my legs felt so heavy due to running Friday/Sunday/Tuesday when I would normally do Friday then have the weekend off then run again Monday and I was running further than ever before.

I thought I was running slower than Sunday’s run but I actually ran faster/further 4.3k today which I am delighted with especially with heavy tired legs

So happy to have done it and can’t believe I only have 1 run left 💪🏻 the last 9 weeks have gone so quickly and I’m exited and nervous to complete the plan.

Planning to go out on Thursday all being well

Anyone running today good luck you got this🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

1 run left! Awesome, well done 😀

I had a run recently where I felt I was going slow, it was actually my final run and funnily enough I ran faster and further than any other time 🤣

Well done.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Thanks for the info - good to know and I know I didn’t drink as much water as I normally would on Monday so maybe that’s what it was, although I do think it might be the fact that I have done 3 long runs in 5 days when you would normally take the weekend off.

Might leave the last run for 2 days and in the meantime I’ll up the water 🙏💪🏻
