Week 5 run 3

I was so nervous before starting my run this morning. I tried to use positive internal talk whilst heading to the park. I actually did it. I cannot remember the last time I was able to run for 20 minutes. I don’t have anyone to celebrate my milestone with in my personal life so I’m sharing it with you all. I’m so excited to keep moving through this program.

Well done. It’s quite an achievement to run for that time in such a short period of time. I’ve just finished my second run of week 4 and just completing my second five min run is a killer. I’ve another 3 runs before I do my first 20 mins run. It terrifies me the thought of running for that length of time. Keep up the great work.

Everyone on this forum is celebrating your milestone run today Senarusau, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

That's fantastic. I did the same run today, it feels such a milestone doesn't it? You must be so proud of yourself, well done for keeping going, especially as you are powering all of the motivation yourself, that's superb.
