Well I managed to run for 37 minutes this morning and I would have managed a bit more but jarred my ankle on a kerb and had to stop running as it was hurting so much. But very pleased with my run overall. Nice wet morning for running so decided to try 40 minutes but got stopped at 37. Never mind at least now I know I can do this. Happy running running πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

That’s fantastic, well done! I’m just about to venture out, I’ve repeated week 4 as I’m not ready for week 5 yet. I’m just going at my own pace without any pressure.

Best way really I must try to do that more often as I do tend to put pressure on myself however ankle has swelled up so might not be running for a week to give it a rest ☹️☹️

I’m sure you’re doing all the right things such as applying a cold compress and resting it. Hopefully it’ll be better sooner than you think but just enjoy the break for now 😊

Yes. But I think I’ll be on the IC next week. Never mind. I’ll see how things go. Thanks. Happy running πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
