Completed W2 this morning. Again, it was difficult to make the move. But I knew that once I’m walking, I’m on the way and can just follow the instructions. This is what makes this program so easy to follow. I found that at my cadence, a 90 second jog equates to around 232 steps. So, when, not if, when I get to a 30 minute straight run? It’ll equate to 2320 steps in one go. Wow! Can’t wait, but I will. I’ll stick closely to the program. My cadence may well change along the way too. Do you think?

I didn’t know either until day before yesterday. It’s the number of steps per minute I think. So my post was in error lol

I agree, it just helped pass the time. I don’t really care much about speed and distance. I’ve adopted the Japanese Slow Run approach. Too old, frail and fat to try sprinting yet.
