That's the way I run - but I can't imagine running for further than 5k. My problem is I only have my local streets to run in as I don't have a car. I wish I had those beautiful trails to run along.
Never mind the "senior" bit - but one of them just knocked 4 minutes off my 10K time - with the other lady knocking off 13 minutes.... They ain't THAT slow..
Of course I'm assuming the red clock is the one to watch... if it was the small yellow one then that's okay... hehehe...
