Completed this tonight at 8pm so that it was a little cooler. Went slow and steady as usual, for me this is around 9.3/km. I was confident that I could complete it as felt really good after run 1, but I didn’t expect to feel so good about it. I was breathing hard, but not out of breath, and felt really relaxed.
I’m looking forward to see what I can do for run 3 on Saturday

Thank you. I use Strava to track. I track everything including warm up and cool down walk, so actual running sections may be a little faster, but probably not by much
