Wk9 Run 3 supposed to be tomorrow!

So I'm nearly there, one run to go.. However the weather forecast has it as the hottest day of the year.. I normally run before lunch or before dinner, before breakfast doesn't work for me..

What do I do?? El scorchio..

If you have to go, very early or very late, personally I’d put it off til Friday when it’s supposed to be much cooler 😊

Wait until the temperature goes down to 15C/59F, running your graduation run in 32C/90F temperature is not on, good luck for your graduation run whenever you run it.
