Decided to get out early to avoid the heat !! It was still to hot for me. !! Think I’m a cold rainy day kind of girl.

My husband decided to come to, I think he was checking I really do jog as my times are so slow !! He walked ! How bad does that make my jog but hey I don’t care. I was jogging 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️in the heat too. I will be leaving the final hurrah jog until it cools down a tad.

Our Strava times didn’t even match !!! Apparently he went less distance and was slower than me !! Weird not sure the app is very reliable but I’m taking my kudos as I was faster than i have been 👍🏻👍🏻

Me my 🐌 and I are very happy with our progress I might even join a 🐢 club soon.

Good for you!👍🏻 I don’t envy you running in that kind of heat. I’m on an island off the west of Scotland so a nice cool breeze coming off the sea. Glad I’m not the only slow person out there.😊
