(Terrible at remembering to post, sorry!)

We completed week 6 on Sunday and our next run will be tomorrow. I’m excited!

I am finding I prefer the longer runs without walking breaks as I can get into a pace and stick with it - especially with a good playlist keeping me on beat. Particularly into trance anthems at the moment; excellent running music.

Bring on week 7!

I'm at the same point, and feel the same way about running without breaks! I really struggled with the 3x5min just a few weeks ago, I think the breaks feel too much like stopping and it's harder to start running again than to just keep going.

Well done... and it’s a good job you’re loving the just run runs... it’s all running until the end. Enjoy closing his plan out.
