Need to wake earlier!!

Oh my it’s so so hot today 🥵! Need to get going earlier. New route today as now at the new forest 🌳Not sure if I am pleased with this run as I did not reach 30mins or 5k which are my personal goals but I guess it’s good I got out there at least!!

It is hot, but new forest must offer some shade if you look carefully! Were you too busy taking in the new surroundings to cover as much ground as usual? It's good to mux uo the length of your runs - keeps it interesting 😃

No shade here on a very open club site! I wanted to head off site to the forest but then I remembered the gate was locked and I had no idea on keys and time was ticking lol! No I was not really enjoying the secenery as normal I was to focused on the heat it was so hot lol 😂
