New shoes. Well they were earlier today...

As is the law, I photographed my new shoes this morning, ready to show you. Then I did parkrun and photographed them again!

Oh well. I didn't buy them as ornaments!

In other news, parkrun was a change of plan for me today. I was meant to be heading to a practice run at Balmoral and was en route this morning when the car radio announced that the snow gates on the A93 were closed. About turn and back to Perth! No snow here, just mud.

Just keep going, you'll get through them... you can always try my cunning plan - but the replacements when there's still some good miles left in the originals, so you can alternate and wear them in nicely
