Dual Sports Day!

Exercise is starting to become addictive! Just need to sort out the diet! 🐷 A nice sociable ride with my friend & a consistent 5k +, after!

Burnt some calories off, today! Probably eat them all back again! I’m starving!

I know what you mean. I cycle most mornings and I met a lovely friend for a walk. I reckon I've done 20,000 steps. Just about to tuck into one of my blueberry muffins with a cup of tea🥰xx

Well earned, I’m sure! I spend a lot of time on the bike! Running is becoming as addictive, too! 😊

I'd love to be a runner, just not sure. Shall I give it a go? Is there a secret you all share? I always feel horribly out of place, a bit like a giraffe trying to run away from a ferret. I have a very loud inner voice shouting"what on earth are you doing girl, do you know how ridiculous you look!" Anyway, enough about me 🙄

I think there’s a runner in all of us! Don’t get stressed about pace & what anybody else is doing! We are all different! Do it for you! I didn’t think i would enjoy it as much as I am! No one will think your ridiculous!

All you can do is give it a go! You might find it’s not for you, that’s ok too! There is endless support on here that will encourage you every step! Go for it, girl! 💪! x

Absolutely! Let me know how you get on! Put together a great playlist, go out there & smile! Honestly, it makes a difference! If you can sing as your running, your not going to fast! If you haven’t already seen it, look on you tube for Japanese slow running! I still use a version of it, just a bit faster! Everything started to click from Week 4! Before that, I didn’t think I’d be able to run for 20 mins, let alone 30! You’ve got this! x

Gosh, I don’t think I’d be able to run 1k after a 50 mile cycle, far less 5k. Impressive

I went for my run whilst my legs were still working! Not the case now! Feel like I’ve got someone else’s legs! 😂

Sports day? Makes it sound like you’re at school!😂. Seriously though, I don’t know how you do it! I’m convinced you must either a) have an electric bike or b) have Duracell (other brands are available!) batteries in those legs!
