Good morning,

I’m new to this couch to 5k on my first week and really feeling better for it ! So far one more run tomorrow and I have completed my first week ! I’m interested in the strength and flex that you have spoken about , what is this ? Please

Hi Newbie. Welcome and well done. I read all the advice on the forum and in how to advice links. Really helps. Keep it up. Trust the program and best advice go as slow as you possibly can. Check out the Japanese slow running video just google it sorry not techie enough to post link. Maybe someone else can.
