Hi Newbie. Welcome and well done. I read all the advice on the forum and in how to advice links. Really helps. Keep it up. Trust the program and best advice go as slow as you possibly can. Check out the Japanese slow running video just google it sorry not techie enough to post link. Maybe someone else can.
