Any tips for running uphill? I find I get really breathless and struggle to keep my breathing under control? 🤔

Running uphill?
I find that I slow right down and take baby steps. My feet are only just going in front of each other. If you cannot make it all the way up you can turn back and try to run up a bit further on your next run.
Take smaller steps
Zig zag (Climbers call it “tacking”)
Run slower
Use heart rate monitor or other technique to stay in zone 2. Ex: hold a conversation
Walk (briskly or... not, quite honestly)
Don’t worry if it’s not time for a walk...treat it like a Fartlek or extra warmup. For example, if you ate supposed to run 5, walk 3run 5, walk three, and run 5...... but the hill arrives 2 minutes into the forest let,,....IME you run the two, walk that hill if need be (walk 3), then pick up where you left off... I would personally start over run/walk as 5/3/5/3/5. But would also be fine, IME, to do 3(run), 3 walk, 5/3/5. It’s still the same amount of running and al should count as if you had done it according to spec.
Last but not least:
Turn around hall- way through the hill. And run (or walk) down it
Ex there’s a killer hill in my neighbor .Here’s what I did:
Month 1 - when I ran up to the bottom of hill , I stopped and turned Around.
Month 2 — Ran 1/4 up the hill and turned around.
Month 3 — ran halfway up, turned around
Month 4 (I’m on a slow-grow 5-month C25K program) — 3/4 way up
Month 5 - I’ve been running all the way up the hill !!!
Beat of luck!
Try to maintain cadence, but shorten stride, pump arms, keep head up.
