With week 5 just around the corner I thought I'd do a bit of forward planning as forecast is for a heatwave part of next week. So up and out for my first ever early morning jog. Must say it was like running down the freezer aisle in the supermarket lol but refreshing nonetheless. Took it really steady as a practice for next week and felt I'd got plenty of reserve in the tank. So early morning starts for me next week to beat the heat...😁

Well done. Heat is a problem, I end up going late if it’s too hot (I’m not a morning person and when I have to be up I’m busy). Enjoy the early starts, here’s hoping it’s only hot for a short time, we can do warm 🤣

I will be going through the same wk next week too . Either early or late runs for me 😊
Good luck - we can do this! 👍👏
