I don’t know how I’ve got this far but so determined! This was another hard week... the first 10 minutes lasts forever but I dig deep to finish the 28 minutes. The last 18 minutes goes so quickly and I’m so ecstatic when I finish...on a high all day 🏃🏽♀️ I’m running 8.03 /km average for a 51 year old woman. Loving it! And will keep on running 🏃🏽♀️I’ve discovered the love of running again 😃
