After taking two rest days instead of one, only completing 20 min total body stretch workout on those days. I managed to stretch out the pull from my Jo Wicks workout and complete my penultimate run.
Last run with Ms Whiley soon and then I’ll be running with Laura’s 5k+ podcasts for a few weeks before moving onto JuJu’s Magic Plan.
I hope to be able to run 10k at some point before the end of the year. I’ll be quite happy to be able to run for 60 minutes in the next two months (ish) though.
Then half marathon training starts in January 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
It feels ambitious looking at it like this. But a girls gotta have goals or she’s gonna turn back into a couch potato.

Ooh, really close to that podium now. And a plan already mapped out so you won't feel lost when you complete your last run. That is the best way. Go you!
Goals and a plan to achieve them. Brilliant! And you will!
Since I've been stretching the 'weeks' out, I've lost some focus. I've been wondering how to map out something while being flexible (recovery, weather etc). Your optimism has started a small spark of idea of what I need to do. Thank you.
