Trying to get back running again sort off lost mojo
Were you running regularly/far when you lost it? When I came back (after injury) I sort of did C25K again - not all 27 runs, just one of each type of run at first until I found myself stretched again. Having a structured progression like that may help you rediscover your mojo? Slow and enjoyable, new routes, new music or podcast ... all may help?
