Ok, so this morning I did week 6 run 1 (in the wind and rain) and it was hard - each run felt like it was going on forever as did the walks. I did it though and am now looking forward to a weekend off before I continue on Monday.

Well done for keeping going! I'm off in a tick for that very run... 😟
That run I found tricky as well as run 2.. well done 👏👏

Hi we’re at about the same stage although I’m brand new to this community!
Just wanted to say well done as that first run of wk6 was also tough for me. I did week 5 twice as I struggled too much with wk5r3 to feel I was ok for week 6.
I think it could be a psychological thing too. The boost from doing the longer run in wk5 to then alternating running and walking for wk6r1 left me feeling a little flat. But just wanted to say once I did runs 2 and 3 I felt amazing again!
Yesterday at the end of wk6 Sarah Millican said “you can call yourself a runner now’ and I cried happy tears. So hang on in there as I think when you’ve done the longer run this week you will feel amazing and then run 1 of this week makes sense.
Hope I’ve made sense! Keep going, it sounds like you’re doing great.
