I’m finding these longer runs quite hard slog - not physically, but mentally. Physically I am so pleased (nay, amazed) at how far I’ve come from week 1 when I struggled to manage 60 seconds. Mentally I found the bursts of smaller runs way more interesting/stimulating and now I find that the challenge has become a mental one. I’m on a treadmill, which is always going to be more boring (but I don’t have the option to run outside at the moment). I watched tv today instead of listening to music or radio and it did help!
Anyone else on a treadmill with any tips on keeping yourself entertained for these longer runs?!

I'm the same as you. i found the intervals more interesting as it broke it up a bit and felt like i was more switched on. At first i was really looking forward to my runs and i found the good to destress but now I'm finding it a bit boring (supposed to be doing w7r3 today) and im lucky enough to be able to go outside too.
