Day 2 week 3...

Surprised I've made it this far tbh...

Finding the breathing is getting more just natural not having to concentrate so much to keep it steady.

Finger's crossed I can make it to the end of 9 wks..

App had a little glitch this morning... 5mins warm up seemed longer checked and app had closed, Doh so had to start again.

Any tips greatly appreciated

Well done! Of course you'll make it.. carry on slow n steady so breathing remains stable.. can't always say the app will be stable though, they do sometimes crash, the podcasts are better in that respect..😊
