A few hours after each run, I get quite an endorphin high - is this normal?!

I used the phrase that the high I get after achieving my run is like a drug to me! 😳

Don’t know enough about running to know if it’s normal but your achieving and accomplishing so 👏👏👏 give yourself that credit... 😀 well done!

It is quite normal for all junkies to crave a fix of their chosen poison.

For runners that includes the endogenous morphine (endorphin) and the cannabinoid receptors in our brain being tickled.

We don't run to keep fit...........we are junkies.
