This is so me...I am ridiculously slow
This is me: This is so me...I am ridiculously... - Couch to 5K
This is me

you run a lot faster than someone sitting on a couch !

Slow is fine! I was with a jog group tonight doing walks and slow runs, like C25k. I burned more calories doing that this evening than I did this morning running fast intervals. I don't see anything wrong with a leisurely run. Good exercise and a good calorie burner, what's not to like. Also it makes me feel much better in myself if I can get out for a run. A good stress buster I think

Love the t-shirt. I think one of those might be in my life very soon!
That's me !!! Was out and chap I passed while I was doing my walk then passed me during my run phase ! Is it possible to run slower than walk ...yep !!!!

Since New Year I have passed the same chap most days on my canal run and whilst I have seen him struggle with his phone, wires and juice. I really admire him I am watching him decrease in size daily and he probably doesn't realise it! Running slow is a matter of opinion but not running isn't! Keep enjoying!!!

Hey! You're faster than your sofa!
You are running and that is the important bit. C25K isn't a race; it is a wonderful scheme to get people running, and you, my friend are doing that.
YOU ARE A RUNNER, and I salute you.
Fantastic T shirt.

What a great t shirt however I have to avoid all pinks ,reds and orange colours for running gear- they clash with my bright red face!
I have never ever overtaken another runner, but they pass me all the time...I think we all feel self conscious about lack of speed, but really the only people who will even notice you are other runners and hopefully they will remember how they were when they started and respect you as a fellow runner.

These comments are all so true. I'm sure I walk faster than run - but as everyone says, that's not the point. We are moving more than a couch potato. Cathryn's comment is the best!

I got that Tshirt for Christmas. It's my favourite. I don't care if I'm slow at least I'm doing it.

Too true G!ggles!
Long, slow runs. What's not to like. Calories dropping off. Bonus!
Love it, we may be slow but we are out there

Love it.describes me too.

Slow is the best way to enjoy the wonderful outdoor!
