Week 1 done. Feet hurt!! Can’t believe I have niggles already!! Bit worried it’s going to get worse as I carry on, any tips! It’s planter facitis type pain.

Have you got supportive shoes? Try and run smoothly, without too much rise, and without jarring your feet. You can put a bottle of water in the freezer and then roll under your feet. Maybe think about extra rest days. Good luck :)

Follow the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
