Week 7 Run 2

Completed my run tonight. Haven’t been feeling great recently, 10 days since W6R3, and wasn't going to go so was surprised I completed the run. I covered 3km during the 25 minutes. Trying to work out if that a good pace or not

That's about my pace. I'm ok with it...

I know how tempting it is to want figures and see improvement all the time etc but while you're doing C25K the point is just to do the time, make sure you can do it each week till you can go 30 minutes at the end, after that I think it's worth thinking about pace. For now completing the run isn't just good, it's amazing, and fantastic progress on where you were 7 weeks ago! Build up the stamina first and ignore your apps that tell you about pace and performance till you can regularly run the 30 minutes

I’m at the same stage. Just do the time, that’s the important part. The pace comes after I’ve been told as I had the same question. Just keep going!

Surprising runs are the best ones! Good going in the current humidity too. Like other posters, I’d say don’t focus too much on the pace for now, that will come as your stamina improves. (I’ve just done week 7R3). Best of luck!
