and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I had a lot of anxiety before this run, I was really apprehensive last night and when I woke this morning was trying to think of a million reasons why I shouldn't go. But I completed the run and feeling really proud.

I am struggling with a tight calf so hopefully the rest day will help.

Well done for beating those demons. By definition we are constantly pushing ourselves beyond our comfort zone in this program. Having said that, anxiety has no place here🙂. Really it doesn't. You have nothing to lose, so what is there to fear? Instead, you have an opportunity to achieve, go for it and if anything does go wrong, just try again (you wouldn't be the first to redo a run or a week). You should feel rightly proud just now, remember this feeling next time you are preparing to go for a run and hopefully it will give you the confidence to get out there without anxiety or apprehension 🙂
