I can now run for 30 minutes!!!!!

It was slow and steady but I have only been doing this for 9 weeks so not worrying too much about pace at the minute!

Feeling really proud of myself today πŸ’ͺ🏻

You should feel proud! You've come a long, long way since w1r1! Slow and steady is perfect. Once you've graduated and got some consolidation runs under your belt you may crave another challenge - that's where speed or increased distance may come in, your choice! Enjoy those last two runs to graduation πŸ™‚
