Ran 12 minutes, had an incline on the route and my legs felt like lead.

Did some squats, crunches and planks yesterday? Usually do nothing on my day off. Could this be the reason for my legs feeling stiff?

Should I take a day off before trying again?

So disappointed with myself.

Could be hydration? They say heavy legs is a sign of not enough to drink the day before. I try to drink 2.5l the day before runs and more in this hot weather. The weather hot even early morning so that won’t help.. be kind to yourself .. just try again tomoz and you’ll probs my find it much better 😊
