I've done my W7R3 on Monday this week and was gearing up for Wed W8R1 but when i woke up at 5am and heard rain, decided to sleep in and make up for it on Thu. On Thu ive managed to get out but stomach cramps meant that i only was able to walk my normal route instead of run. I was feeling a bit demotivated as knowing myself it would be easy to quit. I'm normally all in or nothing so was worried that if i dont get this week back on track, i will not come back next week.
It was my first time running 28min non-stop but i knew it was only a small increase from 25min so was confident that i could do it. Jo was nudging me to speed up for the last few minutes and my favourite song has come up, stars have aligned and off i went! It wasnt easy and had to tell myself that i can do it but made it until the end, im so happy!!π Even done the stretching afterwards standing on one leg and counting to myselfπ, great sight!
