I can’t believe I just ran for 30 mins for the first time in 20 years or so! It’s only the first run of week 9 but it felt so emotional and I have to admit I had a tear as I saw the final seconds pass. Wooo hoooo!!! It’s totally down to this amazing community and the incredible program!! Graduation here I come!!!
