Hi I’m on w3r2 and a complete newbie to running, best advice I’ve got is go slowly try to keep a rythmn. Good luck
Increase slowly. Do stretches after running.
I'm practicing full body squats, aiming just to sit that way for at least a couple minutes every day, because they strengthen all the other muscles.
