I’m making exactly the same comment to myself as after 5.2 - need to try and slow down for the longer runs so I don’t make my heart and lungs explode! 😂. My legs just want to go this fast. Strava shows my fastest km at 6’30” would love to be able to keep that up for 6.3, however I doubt I could!

You'll probably find it easier to find your natural pace now you've moved to continuous runs. Don't push it yet though - the last thing you need is an injury at this stage! Hit the 30 minute target, graduate and then consolidate for a couple of weeks before moving on to speed or distance goals. There's loads of time for new challenges - and you may find you need them to stay motivated without the structure of C25K. Happy running 😀
Thanks, you’re right, did 6.3 earlier and had a good manageable pace, around 7.30/km, feel I can manage happily with that for now as my stamina increases.
