That’s another one ticked off. Am I looking forward to Wednesday W6R3 hmmm yes and no. I know I can do it I just need to trust in myself and the program but saying it out loud, this run you will run for 25 minutes sounds scary. But bring it on I’ve got this.

Just remember to go slowly and stay hydrated! Throughout the programme you’ve been building the strength and stamina needed to excel at this point and beyond- all that’s needed is as you say - self belief- often the hardest part! 😅

It's important and valuable to look back and see what you've achieved . You did 20 minutes... 25 minutes will be fine. Same attitude, same process, same result.

I felt EXACTLY the same. Trust in the programme, because you honestly are ready for it.

You want to run for 30 minutes..........or why else would you be doing C25K?

Look on it as an empowering step en route to that ultimate aim........... don't turn it into a battle.

You can, you will do it.

I am at the same point and will be doing the run tomorrow too. ☺️ I cried after running the 20 minutes through pure amazement at how I coped with it and completed it without stopping!

You HAVE got this!! We both have 🥰

I will be thinking of you and cheering you on. By tomorrow evening we will both be jumping up and down telling everyone about our achievements. Yes we have got this.

You got this Poppdog! You did the scary 20 minutes. Now you’ll do the scary 25 minutes. Remember when 60 seconds was scary only 6 weeks ago? We are all in this together, and the training plan supports us all the way. Hydrate, if you are struggling slow down a bit, trust the program and trust yourself. And then post on here so we can congratulate you! 😊
