W7 R3. Decided to leave this run till the cooler evening yesterday. Ended up running in pouring rain & gusty wind! It was like that scene from King Lear πŸ˜‚. Proud that I kept going though, and got through to the end of week 7 πŸ‘. Looking forward to week 8, even though the step up to 28 minute runs feels a little daunting from here. Good luck to everyone for your next run πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ’ͺ😎

Yay you! Yeah it does seem daunting, but you jumped from 20 to 25 too :).

The King Lear comment made me giggle! Wind is the absolute worst to run in! If you've handled W7 in those conditions, you'll be able to make it through Week 8. :)
