3 weeks ago I realised I need to change and made some big adjustments both mentally and physically. I’ve been cycling running or walking 5 days a week and started the C25k two weeks ago.
Kicked the sugar and upped my water.
Down from 128Kg to 123kg!
Legs feel it sometimes but I discovered a foam roller early on which helps tons! As a big guy I need to be careful with my shins, knees and ankles.
