Pollen has been insane again, and have asthma so been grounded last few days. Got up super early though today, took all the meds, drank all the water and went for it! Was not pretty, and def could not have gone further but completed W8! Once recover...if ever recover...will be doing my pollen dance as this year has been INSANE and according to the Met forecast not due to drop until Wednesday when it goes from Very High to a mere High...๐Ÿ™€. Still, am now on W9!!!

Well done on pushing through. Pollen levels do seem to have been very high a lot this spring/summer.

Just 3 more runs now to graduation. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Thanks! Yes, itโ€™s been super high this year. What a time to take up running! ๐Ÿ˜น Yes, only three more...๐Ÿ™€. The pollen/asthma situation has massively slowed me down over the past few weeks and had to take two or three rest days between runs, but actually dying on a run seemed slightly counter-productive! So Iโ€™ll get there, albeit maybe wearing a gas mask!

Well done ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Fantastic result for you in the circumstances.

Doing the same one tomorrow morning and I donโ€™t need to worry about pollen thankfully.

Well done!!! I found it hard even without suffering from bad allergies so it's really impressive how you are doing this under these aggravating circumstances. All the best for week 9 and fingers crossed that the pollen will not be as bad then. Just three more runs to go until graduation, woohoo!

Thank you! Suddenly realising all the benefits of oxygen! ๐Ÿ˜น๐Ÿ˜น๐Ÿ˜น

๐Ÿ˜‚ Have you tried to wear something which covers your mouth and nose during a run? I did this sometimes in the beginning as I had difficulties with breathing and coughs when breathing in cold air while running. Due to the temperatures it probably will be very hot under such a bandana or headband or face mask now but overall it still might make it easier for you, and due to the current circumstances you also wouldn't have to fear funny looks from passersby. ๐Ÿ˜
