Do you hydrate as recommended in the guide to the plan?
Are you doing any strengthening exercises as recommended in the guide to the plan?
Are you following the advice in the guide on minimising impact
Yes yes and yes
Only today I have felt them
Do my knee strengthening exercises most days as have dodgy ones. Have to say that when I first started my glutes would ache and ache..., fine now.
Just keep stretching and stick to those rest days!

I have just about finished week 7 and H aning stiff knees today, almost exactly as you described. Can I ask where you found the knee strengthening exercises and did it help?
