Hello fellow runners, I did it!!!!! I’m feeling so proud, honestly did not think I would be able to do it.

Coincidence or not, my first run was on 13th April and last one 13th June 😉

I think it was a really slow run, is a misty, clammy day today, but felt amazing 💚

Thanks for all the amazing group here, all the posts are so important and encouraging 👏

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
